Customers are the life-blood of any business. No customers, no business.
Armed with this valuable knowledge, you’d think that businesses would be trying every trick in the book to make their customers happy; to turn them into lifelong allies; to create brand ambassadors that will act as an unpaid marketing salesforce extraordinaire.
But alas, it’s not to be.
Most businesses couldn’t give two shits about their customers.
The question is, what are we going to do to break this trend? How are we going to be different? Is there anything we can do to make sure that our customers know how we feel about them?
Will we provide enough value to change them into loyal devotees, or will they remain just another shopper, frustrated by the fact that they had to pay us money for a service they’re not really sure that they needed?
