A foundation is something, like a fact or an idea, upon which something is built.
The sooner we develop a foundation for our business…
The sooner we figure out who it is we’re supposed to be serving…
The sooner we figure out what problems we’re trying to solve…
The sooner we figure out exactly what it is that we’re offering our clients…
…the easier it becomes to build a successful business. We’ll know what we’re supposed to be doing and who we’re supposed to be doing it for. We’ll be able to move past simply trying to get people to notice us and have people coming to us because they already know what it is we stand for.
We’ll no longer have to spend time and money proving ourselves, and can instead allow our potential clients to simply be interested in what it is we can do for them.
