We all want to be better at what it is we do.
So, how do we do that?
What’s the secret to success?
What is it going to take for us to make the move?
It’s simple, really.
We need to start surrounding ourselves with people who are better at what we do than we are.
If we’re the best (insert your job here) out of our group, what incentive do we have to get better?
We’re already the best (in our group).
If we’re constantly challenged by the realization that those around us are better than we are, then we know we’ve got some work to do to catch up.
Why be the best when we can be better?
You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
