All too often, as business owners we try to be everything to everyone, offering our clients a dizzying array of products and choices.
We may have good intentions, wanting to provide whatever products we think our customers might need, or we may have suspect intentions, looking to vacuum up every last dollar from our client’s wallet.
Regardless of our motivations, we often end up putting too much onto our client’s plate, asking them to choose from our 27 different offerings.
No one can be good at that many things, and no customer wants to have to choose from that many options.
While being everything to everybody may be enticing, it’s always easier to be the best there is at one thing, and charge accordingly.
Find smarter clients and make it simple for them to choose us.
Nothing could be easier.
