Everyone embraces change when they start a new enterprise. We’re all receptive to trying different things, attempting to figure out exactly what we need to do to achieve success.
But once we get a taste of the good life, things start to change. We become self-assured and complacent, thinking that we’ve got it all figured out and don’t need to try as hard anymore.
And we’d be wrong.
Things are always moving forward, and that means we either transform our methods or we get left behind. We can either welcome change, embracing it as a means to an end, or we can cower in fear, worried that we’re going to lose our grip on success.
We can either roll with it or we can stress out. The choice is ours.
