We’re all afraid of something.
Deep down inside us, there’s that one thing that we want to avoid at all cost.
We do everything in our power to keep from having to confront it.
But it’s still there.
Waiting.
It’s not going anywhere.
So, if we know it’s sticking around for the long-haul, why do we expend so much of our time and energy playing keep away?
Usually, what we most fear doing is what we most need to do.
