Some people like to run and gun, doing as little as they can get away with and quickly moving on to their next client (victim?)
When their customers have problems (as customers are wont to do), they try their best to wiggle their way out of the situation.
While this may sometimes work for their immediate predicament, it certainly doesn’t create a lot of goodwill with their audience (or their audience’s social media accounts).
Why not just do a good job to begin with?
It’s a whole lot easier than trying to jump through all those hoops later.
