We’d all like to be better.
We’d like to get better at our job.
We’d like to improve our relationships.
We’d like to be more healthy; get in better shape.
We’d like to be in a better place; mentally.
We’d all like to improve our finances.
We’d like to be better at holding our tongue, controlling our emotions, knowing what to say and when to say it.
We all want to be better, and the amazing part is that we can. We have the ability to change things about ourselves, our personalities, our bodies, our minds, and our place in this world.
But we always say that’s it’s too hard. We can’t do it. It’s too much for us.
It always comes down to the same thing: wanting it.
The hard part isn’t the changing; the hard part is the wanting.
