Change is a hard thing to wrestle with. Everyone would love to enjoy an untroubled life, untouched by stress. There are very few people who actively seek out discomfort, but if we ever want to make progress, if we ever want to learn, if we ever want to grow, we need to make peace with the fact that we’re going to have to change.
Yes, we’ve been doing it this way for a long time and we’re comfortable with it. It’s easy for us to do it this way.
We’ve been doing it like this for so long that we forget how hard it was in the beginning, learning to do it this way.
It wasn’t always this easy.
But we got here by changing what we did before we did it this way.
