When it comes to doing our job, we all possess a certain level of skill. The longer we’re in our careers, the more we get to practice what it is we do and the better we get at our chosen profession.
When we first start out, it’s quite likely that we’re not very good at our job. But, as time passes and we learn through the repetition of our daily routine, the odds are that we’re going to have the opportunity to improve our skills.
Whether or not we improve those skills is up to us. How much better we get is entirely in our hands. Our level of development depends solely on our level of commitment.
How much we care dictates how much we learn.
If we care enough, we’ll keep practicing.
If we keep practicing, we’ll keep getting better.
And, quite often, the better we get, the more we care.
