Maybe it’s because we work in a mysterious field.
Maybe it’s because people really don’t know what we do.
Maybe it’s because we (and everyone else before us) did a bad job of clarifying exactly what we bring to the table.
Regardless of the reason why we’re in this predicament, it’s up to us to get ourselves out of it.
There’s no better way to this than to make things as easy as possible for our customers.
Fast food places have quick-choice menu options for their clients, why don’t we?
Make it easier for our clients to choose us and they will.
Then all we’ve got to do is deliver the meal they’re expecting.
