If you want to be a man with no fear when the crisis comes, train before it comes.
Seneca
No matter how long we’ve been working, how good we are at our jobs, or how many times we’ve done this before, we’re all going to end up having problems. It’s inevitable. Like the song says, troubles gonna come my way.
So, what are we gonna do about it?
Are we going to have an anxiety attack?
Do we freeze up?
Are we going to freak out?
We’d be better served by thinking about potential issues before they arise and working out our plan of attack before we’re faced with the problem.
By failing to plan, you are preparing to fail.
