We use words every day. It’s part of our job and part of our life.
But the job part is what we’ve really concerned with; the words that make up our technical jargon.
We know exactly what it is we’re talking about when we use these words, we do it every day. There’s no question about what we’re saying; we’re subject matter experts.
But our clients aren’t. They haven’t a clue what it is we’re trying to say.
So, instead of trying to impress everyone with all those fancy words, why not make sure they know exactly what it is we’re talking about?
Take a little extra time now to make sure that everyone is on the same page.
Or we can take some time later, when it cost us more money.
